Build: Assembling the shed requires 2 experienced DIY enthusiasts and several hours. We have assembled 6 sheds for photography, so we are familiar with potential issues.

Pre-Build Inspection: The shed is non-returnable once assembled. Please inspect all components before building and report any issues. By proceeding with assembly, you accept the item as being of reasonable quality.

Safety: Safety gloves are necessary during assembly due to potential sharp edges on some components.

Locating: Although the shed is heavy, it needs to be secured to the ground. Choose a sheltered location if possible. Installing a wooden floor can add weight and stability. We do not offer a warranty against weather damage.

Measurements: All measurements are approximate and include roof overhangs.

Finish: The enamel wall panels are twice baked and come with a protective clear plastic coating. Minor cosmetic blemishes from transport may be present but do not affect functionality and are not noticeable once assembled. Returns for minor cosmetic issues will not be accepted at our cost.

Damage: In the rare event of serious damage to a panel or component upon delivery, we reserve the right to replace the part rather than accept a return.

Returns: Due to the size and weight of the sheds, which are delivered in 2 to 4 cartons depending on the model, returns can be costly. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase and avoid initiating a 14-day return process if possible.
