Build: Assembly requires 2 experienced DIY enthusiasts and several hours. Our team has built 6 sheds for photography, so we understand potential issues.

Pre-Build Inspection: The shed is non-returnable once assembled. Inspect all components before building and report any issues. By proceeding with assembly, you accept the item as being of reasonable quality.

Safety: Safety gloves are necessary during assembly due to sharp edges on some components.

Locating: The shed, though heavy, needs to be secured to the ground. Choose a sheltered location if possible, and installing a wooden floor can add stability. We do not warranty against weather damage.

Measurements: All measurements are approximate and include roof overhangs.

Finish: The enamel wall panels are twice baked and come with a protective clear plastic coating. Minor cosmetic blemishes from transport may be present but do not affect functionality and are not noticeable once assembled. Returns for minor cosmetic issues will not be accepted at our cost.

Damage: In the unlikely event of serious damage to a panel or component upon delivery, we reserve the right to replace the part rather than accept a return.

Returns: Due to the size and weight of the sheds, which are delivered in 2 to 4 cartons depending on the model, returns can be costly. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase to avoid initiating a 14-day return process.
